Reinventing a Central Park Landmark

The reopening of Tavern on the Green—one of New York’s most iconic destinations—required a refined yet durable design approach, balancing elegance with the demands of a high-volume hospitality environment.

Overview

The current Meraki leadership team led the furniture consulting, procurement strategy, and implementation for the reopening of Tavern on the Green, one of New York City's most iconic hospitality destinations.

Working alongside interior designer Lori Kuepler, the team transformed a handcrafted design vision into a fully executable furniture program that balanced artisan craftsmanship, operational durability, procurement discipline, and long-term hospitality performance.
