About
Where data meets design for smarter furniture decisions
Meraki – "To do something with all of yourself (soul), passion, creativity, or love; when you leave a piece of yourself in your work."
Meraki bridges financial investment strategy and design vision to build smarter furniture programs, reduce risk, and deliver measurable ROI. As a disruptor for positive change in a traditionally transactional industry, we unite vendor-neutral governance, accountability, and speed-to-market. From a single office to a global real estate portfolio, we provide our clients clarity, control, and confidence throughout the entire furniture lifecycle.
Approach
Meraki serves as a strategic partner to bring vendor management, stronger MSAs, and audit-proof transparency to furniture programs while enhancing design intent and brand expression.
Meraki anchors early team engagement to create a solid foundation for successful project management. We deliver cost avoidance, expedited outcomes, and measurable ROI. Our fees are performance-based and our retainers pay for themselves.
The Why: The Ambiguity Problem
For decades, there have been many unknowns in the world of furniture. Ever wonder why?
Meraki aids in customizing a road map that fits you. We lead a process that answers “the unknown” questions and educates your team in every step by partnering with all stakeholders: our client, the dealer, manufacturer, and architectural partners.
Change on Purpose
Our world is changing, the way we work has changed, companies and spaces have changed. Why has furniture procurement remained the same? We are leading a redesigned pathway that yields a more “efficient, educated and transparent process.”
Commercial furniture is heavily tied to your company’s identity, functionality, and employee retention. Meraki allocates early engagement and selection which drives a cohesive team that generates positive, proactive change.
We Love Furniture
Outside of construction costs, furniture is the second largest expenditure for most commercial projects. Commercial furniture selection is often left minimal time for decision making, programming, and procurement. By implementing Meraki’s process, we anchor early team engagement through training, programming, and education to create a solid foundation for a successful project.
Together, We Hit Your Goals
Our process fosters partnership, creates savings, and increases efficiencies. Creating early synergy and defining project intentions generates much needed, clear and concise direction for all team members. By aligning all project participants, respecting one another’s skills and talents, advocating, and education – the creation of an ideal “Project Team” becomes a reality. With this foundation, successful project implementation is all but ensured.
Partnerships
People matter to Meraki. Our clients are the heroes of our story, along with our partners, and our Meraki community. We continue to learn, combining data from decades of lessons-learned and the current state of the economy, to replace the nebulous design of ambiguity in the industry. Results matter, so we drive efficiencies knowing that together we are better. Meraki optimizes cost-savings in contract negotiation, partners in branding alignment, aids in standards development and strategic vendor partnerships across all vertical markets.
Our Services
The Meraki process centralizes and streamlines complex workflows, protocols, and players into a cohesive, efficient design story. Our design-first process yields programs that can be replicated and results that can be measured, as well as repeated.
