With 18 years in interior architecture and seven years in commercial furniture, Tamarra approaches projects through a holistic lens that integrates design intent, functional requirements, and execution discipline. She has led design and construction efforts from project inception through client occupancy, including development of client standards programs, strategic budget planning, and vendor negotiation and coordination across manufacturers and service providers.
Known for her hands-on leadership style, Tamarra excels at aligning diverse project teams, establishing clear processes, and instilling best practices that support timely, predictable project delivery. Her ability to bridge design and execution has resulted in long-standing client and vendor relationships and workplace environments where form, function, and operational performance remain fully aligned.
Tamarra holds credentials such as LEED AP, and an IFMA award for Design and Construction of a Facility over 500,000 SF. Project references include Apollo Global Management, Fiserv, Marsh McLennan Companies, Golub Capital, Endurance, KKR, and TD Ameritrade.
