Christa Adymy Headshot Meraki Consulting Group

Meet Christa

As Founder and CEO of Meraki Consulting Group, Christa brings more than 22 years of experience and a rare, holistic perspective shaped by executive leadership positions within some of the commercial furniture industry's largest dealerships. Through that experience, she developed a comprehensive understanding of the commercial furniture ecosystem—including manufacturer capabilities, dealer operations, commercial contracting, procurement strategy, and project delivery. She now applies that expertise as an independent, vendor-neutral advisor, helping Owners make informed decisions while fostering transparent, collaborative relationships across the entire project team.

Christa has overseen the successful delivery of more than 18 million square feet of commercial interiors and is recognized for aligning design, procurement, and project execution to protect Owner interests. By identifying risk early, she helps clients preserve design intent, improve commercial outcomes, and avoid unnecessary cost and schedule impacts. Her approach transforms procurement from a transactional purchasing function into a disciplined business process that promotes transparency, accountability, and measurable project success.

Operating in a strictly vendor-neutral capacity, Christa provides strategic leadership across procurement, commercial contracting, cost management, schedule integration, implementation, and lifecycle planning. Her experience enables project teams to navigate complex stakeholder environments, align business objectives with design intent, and create procurement strategies that support long-term operational value rather than simply successful installations.

Projects under Christa's leadership have received recognition from CoreNet Global and IFMA for workplace innovation, design excellence, and complex project delivery, including CoreNet Global Project of the Year and multiple IFMA award-winning projects such as Mitsubishi Corporation (Americas), Sony North America Headquarters, Cadillac, MANHATTA, WeWork, Univision Communications, Yext Headquarters, and Knotel.

Her portfolio includes American Eagle New York Headquarters, Fanatics Headquarters, Ford Foundation Headquarters, Lazard Frères Headquarters, Lucas Museum of Narrative Art, National Urban League Civil Rights Museum, Pérez Art Museum Miami, Sylvester Comprehensive Cancer Center | Kenneth C. Griffin Cancer Research Building, Tavern on the Green, and Whitney Museum of American Art, representing experience across Fortune 500 corporate headquarters, healthcare, higher education, museums, hospitality, and cultural institutions throughout North America.

Known for aligning design vision with commercial execution, Christa helps organizations make better procurement decisions, reduce project risk, and maximize long-term value from every FF&E investment.
