Flagship Anchor – Newsport Global Headquarters

Miami, FL | 158,000 SF | Floors 7, 11 & Building Concourse

In partnership with HLW, the team delivered TelevisaUnivision's Global News Headquarters—serving as the prototype for national rollout.

  • 600+ workstations deployed within a live newsroom environment
  • 80+ enclosed and collaborative spaces
  • Full amenity and public-space programming, including reception, public circulation, a game room, and two café spaces
  • Executed with zero disruption to active broadcast operations

Flagship Anchor – Newsport Global Headquarters

Teaneck, NJ

The team provided furnishings for the network's Teaneck headquarters, installing workstations, private offices, conference tables, multipurpose rooms, pantry and huddle-room ancillary furniture, seating, and storage. Full dealer services included specifications and review, furniture ordering, verification and tracking, site assessment, delivery and installation, and punch-list resolution. 

New York City & San Antonio

Additional market rollouts extended the national standards program to New York City and San Antonio, applying the same kit-of-parts system, procurement strategy, and dealer services proven at the Miami flagship—reinforcing brand consistency and cost control across the portfolio.
